Rice flour

Ingredients:
1 kg Raw rice

Preparation:
1. Wash the rice and soak it for 1 hour. Drain the rice and spread it on a cloth for shade drying.
2. Grind the rice to a smooth powder using mixer. Take 1 cup at a time and run it and stop in intervals. Too much rice will bog down the motor and cause over-heating.
3. Pass it through a sieve to get the fine powder. And grind again until you get the most of your rice into fine powder.
4. Store it in an air tight container.
