Ingredients:

Preparation:
1. Dry roast rava on a low flame til it becomes light golden colour. Allow it to cool.
2. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard and urad dal.

3. Once it starts to splutter add cloves, cinnamon stick, Bay Leaf and saute for a while.
4. Then add onions, green chillies and saute for two minutes.
5. Add ginger, mint leaves leaves, garlic and saute for a minute.
6. Add carrot, green peas,beans, tomato and saute for 3-4 minutes.

7. Add salt, water, turmeric powder and bring it to boil.
8. When it starts boiling, reduce the flame and add the fried rava and mix well.
9. Cover and cook it on a low flame till the rava becomes soft and vegetables got cooked.
10. Remove from fire and garnish with fried cashew nuts(optional).
