Poosanikai Poriyal (Pumpkin Poriyal)

300g Poosanikai(Pumpkin)
2 Onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Cumin seed, crushed
Few curry leaves
2 tsp Red Chilly flakes
1/2 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Urad Dal
2 tsp Oil

1. Remove the skin from the pumpkin and cut them into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard and urad dal.
3. Once the mustard stars to splutter add chilly flakes and curry leaves.
4. Add onion and sauate till it becomes golden brown.
5. Add pumpkin pieces, crushed cumin seeds ,salt and mix well.
6. Cover and cook it on low flame till it is done.
