Sirukeerai Poriyal

2 bunches, Sirukeerai
1 Onion, finely chopped
3 Green chilly, chopped
2 tsp grated coconut
1 tsp Urad Dal
1/2 tsp Mustard
1-2 tsp oil

1. Wash, clean and cut the keerai.
2. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustad and urad dal.
3. Once the mustard starts to splutter, add onion and saute till the onion becomes golden brown.
4. Add keerai, salt. Cover and cook it on low flame till it is done.
5. Finally add grated coconut and mix well.
