Rava Idly

2 cup Rava
2 cup curd (sour curd)
2 Green Chilly, finely chopped
5 Cashew nuts (optional)
½ tsp Mustard
½ tsp Urud Dal
Few curry leaves
2 tsp oil

1. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard, urud dal.
2. Once the mustard starts to splutter add cashew nut, green chilly, onion, curry leaves and saute foe 2 minutes.
3. Then add rava and saute for 2-3 minutes.
4. Transfer the rava mixture into a vessel.
5. Allow it to cool.
6. Add salt, curd to the mixture and mix well (batter should be thick).
7. Keep the batter aside for 1 hour.
8. Put a wet cloth on the idli plates and pour the batter.
9. Place the idli plates on the cooker and steam for 10-15minutes.
10. Serve hot with chutney.
