Husaren Krapferl


Ingredients:
250g All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
120g Butter
80g Sugar
1 egg
Apricot Jam

Preparation:
1. Mix flour, sugar, butter, egg, baking powder together to make a soft dough.



2. Make small balls from the dough.


3. Dent the balls with the end of the wooden spoon.





4. Grease the baking tray with butter and sprinkle little flour over it.



5. Place the cookies about 1 inch apart.



6. Bake cookies at 200 degree C for 20-25 minutes.



7. Allow the cookies to cool and apply jam in the dent.



8. Sprinkle icing sugar over the cookies.
