Sada Paratha (Shallow Fried Plain Bread)

Ingredients:
2 cups Wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
Water
Oil
Preparation:
1. Mix flour and salt. Add water and knead to make a normal dough.


2. Cover and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
4. Dust and roll a ball with a rolling pin.



5. Apply oil and fold into a triangle.



6. Dust and roll into 5 inch triangle.


7. Heat tawa and place the paratha on it.
8. when the brown spots appears then turn and cook the other sides.
9. Apply little oil on the paratha and serve hot.
