1 ripe Mango
½ cup Fresh Coconut milk
½ -1 cup Water
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice cream
1 tsp finely chopped mint leaves
Sugar (if necessary)
Whipped Cream for garnishing (optional)
1. Peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces.
2. In mixer/ blender blend mango along with coconut milk, vanilla ice cream until smooth.
3. Transfer it into glass and garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.
