Beetroot salad

Beetroot salad is easy to make and tastes good. Just boil and slice the beetroot and arrange them on the serving plates and pour the dressing over the salad.

Ingredients:

1 Beet root
2 tsp White wine vinegar
1 tsp Caraway seed
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Pressure cook beetroot, remove the skin, cut into halves and slice thinly.
2. For the dressing: Mix white wine vinegar caraway seed, salt and pepper.
3. Arrange beetroot on the serving plates and pour the dressing over it.
4. Serve chilled.
