Thandu Keerai Kootu

1 bunch Thandu Keerai
1/2 Cup moong Dal
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Tomato, finely chopped
2-3 Green chilly, finely chopped
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Urud Dal
1 tsp oil
1/4 Cup Water

1. Wash keerai and chop it finely.
2. Cook moong dal separately (keep it in cooker for 1 whistle).Keep it aside.
3. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard, urud dal and allow it to splutter.
4. Add Garlic, green chilly, onion and fry till the onion becomes golden brown.
5. Add tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes.
6. Add keerai along with salt and water, cover and cook it on low flame.
7. Finally add moong dal and mix well.
8. Keep it in simmer for 2-3minutes.
