Hello there,

I do not know the exact name for buckwheat in Tamil. Your blog says the following:
English: Buckwheat
Tamil: Kotu
Telugu:
Hindi: Kootu
Kannada:
Malayalam

I have not heard of Kotu. I am sure it is not Kondaikadalai. Buckwheat is good for blood pressure. I need to buy this. Let me know.

Regards,

Ananth
