Gobi Manchurian

Ingredients:
1 Medium Cauliflower, cut into florets
½ cup Corn flour
½ cup All Purpose Flour/ Maida
1½ tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp chilly sauce
2 tsp white Vinegar
2 tsp Tomato sauce
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 green chilly, finely chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, finely Chopped
1 tsp Ginger, finely chopped
2 tsp Olive oil

1 tsp spring onion, finely chopped
Oil for deep frying
Water

Preparation:
1. Heat water in a vessel with little salt and bring it boil.
2. Put the cauliflower flower florets into boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove from the water and keep it aside.
4. Mix corn flour, Maida and salt along with little water to make a thick paste.
5. Heat oil in a kadai on medium flame.
6. Dip Cauliflower florets into the paste and deep fry til it becomes golden colour.

7. Place the fried cauliflower on a paper napkins to drain oil.
8. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, onion, green chilly and saute till the onion becomes golden brown.
9. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilly sauce, vinegar and saute it for a few secs.
10. Add fried cauliflower and mix well.
11. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
