Ingredients:
1 cup Rava (semolina)
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup Curd (sour curd)
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 cup Maida (all purpose flour)
2 Onion, finely chopped
4 Green Chilly, finely chopped
1 tsp Jeera (cumin seed)
Few curry leaves, finely chopped
Salt
Preparation:
1. Mix rava, rice flour, Maida, curd, water to make a thin batter. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
2. Add onion, green chilly, cumin and mix well.
3. Heat tava on medium flame.
4. Spread the batter like dosa.
5. Cook till it is crisp and golden in color.
6. Serve hot.
