1 Cup Wheat Flour

1. Mix salt and flour. Add water to the flour and knead to make soft dough.
2. Leave it aside for 30 minutes.
3. Make small balls from the dough and roll it out as thin as possible.
4. Heat tawa and place them on it.
5. When you see the white patches turn and cook the other side similarly.
6. Remove it and place them on high flame directly.
7. Phulka will puff; slowly remove the phulka from the flame.
8. Serve hot with gravy of your choice.
