1 Cup sprouted Horse Gram (kollu)
3 Green Chilly, finely chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Urud Dal
Few Curry leaves
1 tsp Oil
1. Pressure cook the sprouted horse gram and keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and urud dal.
3. Once the mustard start splutter, add green chilly, onion and curry leaves.
4. Saute till the onion becomes golden brown.
5. Finally add horse gram and little salt. Mix well.
6. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
