1 cup Green gram Dal (Pachai Payaru)
½ cup Jaggery
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tsp Grated coconut (optional)
1. Soak green gram dal in water for 2-3 hours.
2. Cook green gram dal and keep it aside.
3. In a vessel dissolve jaggery by adding little water.
4. Filter it to remove the dust.
5. Heat jaggery liquid in a pan, add cooked green gram dal, cardamom powder and mix well.
6. Cook till the extra water gets evaporated.
7. Add grated coconut and mix well.
