Chocolate Pudding


Ingredients:
1 cup (120g) All Purpose Flour (Maida)
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 tsp Coco Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
100g Butter
2 Eggs
2 tsp milk
1 tsp Vanilla essence

Preparation:
1. Mix flour, baking powder and coco powder.
2. Sieve mixture 2-3 three times and keep it aside.
3. Powder the sugar in a mixer and keep it aside.
4. Beat the egg and keep it aside.
5. Soften the butter with a blender.
6. Add powder sugar, vanilla essence, milk to butter and mix well.
7. Add beaten egg slowly to butter sugar mixture and blend it.
8. Finally add the flour slowly and blend it with a blender.
9. Grease the vessel (pan) with butter and pour the mixture to it.
10. Steam cook for 40-50 minutes.

Note:
1. If you don't have a blender then you can use egg beater to mix well.
2. Use an electric rice cooker for steaming. Pour water inside the cooker and place the vessel with batter and cover it with foil paper and steam it.
3. To check whether it is cooked, insert a tooth pick or knife in the middle and check whether it comes out clean.
4. Run a knife or flat spatula along the edge of the pans to ease removal.
