Baby Corn Stir Fry

Ingredients:
8-10 baby corn,cut it into small pieces
2 green chilly, slit
Small piece of Ginger, finely chopped


3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp Soya sauce
2 tsp Tomato chilly sauce
1 tsp Corn flour
1 tsp Chilly powder
1/4 cup Capsicum, cut it into small pieces
2 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp
Pepper
Salt

Preparation:
1. Mix soya sauce, tomato chilly sauce and corn flour with 3 tabs of water in a bowl. Keep aside.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the baby corn and saute over a high flame for 5 minutes.
3. Add the green chilly, ginger and garlic and saute for another 2 Min's.
4. Add the corn flour and sauce mixture. Mix well over a high flame till the sauce coats the baby corn evenly (sprinkle little water if necessary).
5. Add capsicum and saute for a minute.
6. Finally add salt and pepper and mix well.
7. Serve hot.

Nice I didn't know that a corn will also possible to cook in a stir fry recipe. Thanks for sharing it here and I will try to add some stir fried chicken on it to be different.
