Sweet Corn Peas Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup Sweet Corn niblets
1 cup peas
1 Capsicum, finely chopped
3 tsp finely chopped mint leaves (optional)
2-3 tsp Fresh cream
1 tsp Pepper
Salt

Preparation:
1. Cook peas and sweet corn separately and keep it aside.
2. In a bowl mix peas, sweet corn, capsicum, salt and pepper.
3. Before serving add fresh cream and mix well.
