Onion Pakoda/ Onion Pakora

3 Onion, sliced
1 Cup Kadalai Maavu (Besan)
½ Cup Rice flour
½ tsp Fennel seeds
2-3 tsp Chilly powder
Few Curry leaves
Oil for frying

1. Mix besan, rice flour, onion ,curry leaves, fennel seeds, salt, chilly powder together.
2. Sprinkle little water and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a kadai, roughly make small fritters and fry until it becomes golden brown.
‎4. Serve hot with Chutney/Tomato Ketchup.
