Ingredients:
3 Onion, sliced
1 Cup Kadalai Maavu (Besan)
½ Cup Rice flour
½ tsp Fennel seeds
2-3 tsp Chilly powder
Few Curry leaves
Oil for frying
Water
Salt
Preparation:
1. Mix besan, rice flour, onion ,curry leaves, fennel seeds, salt, chilly powder together.
2. Sprinkle little water and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a kadai, roughly make small fritters and fry until it becomes golden brown.
4. Serve hot with Chutney/Tomato Ketchup.
