Curd

Ingredients:
1 liter Milk
1/2tsp curd (yogurt)

Preparation:
1. Heat milk in a vessel and bring it to boil.
2. Reduce the flame and boil it for 5 minutes.
3. Allow it to cool.
4. Remove the cream (malai) from milk and warm it (not too much).
5. Transfer milk to a bowl add curd and stir well.
6. Place it in a warm & cozy place for overnight or for 5-6 hours.
7. When it is done refrigerate it.

Note:
If weather is too cool especially in winters, you can place the bowl in a hot box for 5-6 hrs.
