Kelvaragu Adai

2 cups Ragi flour
1/2 cup Drumstick leaves
1 Onion, finely chopped
4 Green chilly, finely chopped

1. In a kadai saute drumstick leaves and onion.
2. Add this to ragi flour along with salt and green chilly. Mix well.
3. Add water and knead to make dough.
4. Make a lemon size ball; on a plastic sheet pat it in puri size.
5. Heat a tawa, put the adai and add little oil.
6. Cook both sides on low heat till it is done.
7. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
