2 cup(s) grated Carrot
3 cup(s) Milk
3-5 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
4-5 strands Saffron
2-3 tsp ghee
4-5 cashew nuts
1. Heat 1tsp of ghee in a pan and Saute the grated carrots for 2-3mins.
2. Add milk, saffron and bring it to boil.
3. Reduce the flame and cook till the carrot becomes very soft.
4. Add sugar and stir well.
5. When the sugar is fully dissolved, add the remaining ghee and cardamom powder. Stir for a minute.
6. Garnish with cashew nuts fried in ghee.
7. Serve hot or cold.
