Ingredients:
150g Beans, finely chopped
150g carrot, finely chopped
½ cup Moong dal, cooked
1 Onion, finely chopped
2-3 Green chilly, finely chopped
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Urad Dal
1 tsp Grated Coconut
1 tsp oil
Salt
Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard, urad dal and allow it to splutter.
2. Add green chilly, onion and fry till the onion becomes golden brown.
3. Add carrot, beans and salt. Saute them for 2-3 minutes.
4. Sprinkle little water, cover and cook it on low flame till it is done.
5. Add cooked moong dal, grated coconut and mix well.
