1 cup Sprouted Green Gram
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Tomato, finely chopped
1-2 tsp Chilly powder
Salt and lemon juice according to taste
1. Blanch sprouted green gram for 2 minutes.
2. Drain the water and keep it aside.
3. Mix blanched green gram, onion, tomato in a bowl.
4. Add lemon juice, salt, chilly powder and mix well.
Blanching also called par-boiling, is cooking raw vegetables for varying amounts of time in boiling water.
