Paasi Paruppu Thuvayal

Ingredients:
½ cup split green gram dal (Moong Dal)
4 Green chilly
2-3 tsp grated coconut
Salt
Water

Preparation:
1. Dry roast Moong dal on low flame till it turns golden brown.
2. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
3. Grind roasted moong dal, green chilly, salt, grated coconut to a coarse/smooth paste by sprinkling little water.
