Ingredients:
1 Cup Wheat Rava
2½ Cup water
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Tomato, finely chopped
2 tsp Chilly flakes
2 Green chilly
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Urud Dal
2 tsp Oil
Few Curry Leaves
Salt
Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard, urud dal.
2. Once the mustard starts to splutter add chilly flakes, green chilly and saute for a minute.
3. Add curry leaves, onion and saute till the onion becomes golden brown.
4. Add tomatoes and saute for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add water, salt and bring it to boil.
6. Add wheat and cook it on low flame till rava becomes softer.
