Dum Aloo Fry

Ingredients:
250g Potatoes
1 Onion, finely chopped
½ cup Coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp Coriander Powder
2-3 tsp Chilly Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Mustard


1 tsp Urud Dal
Curry leaves
2-3 tsp Oil
Salt

Preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes and cut it into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in the kadai, add mustard seeds and urud dal .
3. Once the mustard starts to splutter add onion, curry leaves and saute them till onion becomes light golden brown.
4. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder and stir for a minute. 5. Finally add potato and salt. Cover and simmer it for 5-7Min's.
6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
7. Serve hot with roti,rice etc.. of your choice.
