Besan Laddo

2 cup gram flour
1 cup ghee
1½ cup sugar (powder the sugar)
Cashew nut

1. In the kadai mix gram flour and ghee over a low heat.
2. Keep stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
3. When it releases an appetizing smell, it is ready.
4. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
5. Add sugar and nuts to the floor and mix it thoroughly.
6. Make small balls and serve it.
