1 Raw Banana (valakai)
2 tsp Chilly powder
2 tsp oil
1. Wash, peel the skin and cut raw banana into a thick round pieces.
2. Half cook raw banana with little salt.
3. Drain the water and keep it aside.
4. Add chilly powder, salt to cooked raw banana and sprinkle little water and mix well.
5. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
6. Heat oil in pan, shallow fry them till it becomes dark brown colour.
7. Serve as a side dish for sambar sadam/rice.
