Mixed Cabbage Poriyal

2 Cup(s) cabbage, shredded
½ Cup, finely chopped carrot
½ Cup peas (precooked)
1 Onion, finely chopped.
½ tsp Urud dal
1 tsp Mustard seeds
2-3 Green chilly, slit
¼ Cup water or less
2 tsp Grated coconut
2 tsp Oil
Few Curry leaves

1. Heat oil in a kadai.
2. Add mustard seed and urud dal. Allow it to splutter.
3. Add green chilly, onion, curry leaves and saute till the onion becomes golden brown.
4. Add carrot, cabbage and salt. Stir for a minute.
5. Add water and cook on medium heat until the cabbage is tender.
6. Finally add peas and grated coconut. Mix well and serve hot.
