Carrot Dosa

1 cup Idly Rice
2 Carrot, grated
4 Red Chilly
2 tsp Jeera
¼ tsp Asafoetida

1. Wash and soak rice for 5-6 hours.
2. In the mixer grind red chilly, rice, carrot to a fine paste.
3. Add jeera, salt to the ground paste and mix well.
4. Heat a flat frying pan, pour the batter and spread it into a thin round.
5. Pour oil around the sides of the dosa.
6. Once it got cooked, turn over to other side and cook it.
7. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
