Vegetable Sandwitch using Cheese Spread

Ingredients:
8 Bread Slices
2 tsp Carrot, grated
2 tsp Cabbage, shredded
2 tsp Sweet Corn
2 tsp Capsicum, finely chopped
2 tsp Onion, finely chopped
2 tsp Tomato, finely chopped
2 tsp Cheese spread
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Mix carrot, cabbage, sweet corn, capsicum, onion, tomato in a bowl.
2. Add cheese spread, pepper and salt to the above mixture and mix well.
3. Place the cheese mixture to one slice and cover with second slice.
4. Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
