Paneer Tikka

Ingredients
200g Paneer, cut into small pieces
1 Capsicum, diced
1 Tomato, diced
Oil for brushing
For marinade:
½ cup hung curd
2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp Garam Masala powder
½ tsp Turmaric Powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp minced coriander leaves
½ tsp minced mint leaves
1 tsp Chat Masala
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Oil
Salt

Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade with paneer and vegetables together and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Place the paneer cubes and vegetables on microwave flat safe dish/ non-stick tawa and grill for 15-20 minutes.
3. Reposition the marinated paneer and vegetables frequently and brush with oil.
4. Sprinkle chat masala and serve with mint chutney.

What is "hug" curd? Did you mean hung?
