1 Raw Mango cut it into small pieces
2-3 tsp Chilly Powder
½ tsp Fenugreek seed, crushed
½ tsp Mustard
Few Curry leaves
2-3 tsp oil
Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard and allow it to splutter.
2. Add mango pieces, salt, chilly powder, fenugreek seed and mix well.
3. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
4. Mango pickle is ready to serve.
