Coconut Macaroons

These Coconut Macaroons are wonderful and easy to make. It is prepared using few ingredients and it takes only 20 minutes to prepare from start to finish, and they're absolutely delightful and yummy………...

Ingredients:
200g Desiccated Coconut
200g Castor Sugar
3 Egg whites
Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:
1. Beat the egg white till it becomes stiff.



2. Add 1/3rd of the sugar to the egg white and beat it again till it becomes creamy.



3. Add the remaining sugar, desiccated coconut, lemon juice and mix gently with the rubber spatula.



4. Grease the baking tray and sprinkle little flour over it.



5. With a tsp apply small piles on the baking tray.



6. Bake at 200 degree C for 10 minutes in preheated oven (until the peaks of the cookies are light golden brown).



7. Allow it to cool and remove from the tray carefully because they tend to break easily.
