Ingredients:
3 cups coconut tender water
Juice from 2 lemons
5 Palmyra Fruit (Nungu)
Sugar (optional)
Preparation:
1. Mix lime juice and coconut tender water together.
2. Remove the skin from Palmyra fruit and mash it with your hands.
3. Add this to the tender coconut mixture and mix well.
4. add sugar if necessary and pour in to the serving glass.
