1 cup Green Gram Dal (Pachai payaru)
1/2 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Urud Dhal
2-3 Red Chilly
1 tsp Oil
Few Curry Leaves
Salt
Preparation:
1. Soak green gram dal in water for 2-3 hour.
2. Cook green gram dal and keep it aside.
3. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard, urud dal and allow it to splutter.
4. Add red chilly, curry leaves and saute for a minute.
5. Add the cooked green gram dal and salt. Mix well.
6. Serve hot.
