Ingredients:
1 cup Idly rice
1 cup Raw rice
1/4 cup Urud dal
1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
1 onion, finely chopped
2 green chilly, finely chopped
½ cup grated coconut (optional)

Few Curry leaves finely chopped
2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Preparation:
1. Soak raw rice, idly rice, urud dal and Fenugreek seeds in water together for about 2 hours.
2. Drain the water and grind it with little water and salt.
3. Keep aside for 10 - 15 hours(allow it to ferment over night).

4. Add onion, green chilly ,coriander leaves,curry leaves and grated coconut to the batter. Mix well.
5. Heat the Kuzhi paniyaram vessel with the oil, pour the mix in the pots and cook in the low heat.
6. Turn it over and cook the other side.
7. Serve hot with onion chutney or coriander chutney.
