Ingredients:
1 Cup Rava / Sooji (Semolina)
1½-2 Cup Water
1 Onion, thinly sliced
2 Green Chilly, slit
1 inch Ginger chopped
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Urud Dal
1 tsp Channa Dal
2 tsp Oil
Few Curry Leaves
Salt
Preparation:
1. Dry roast rava till it becomes golden colour .Keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard, urud dal, channa dal.
3. Once the mustard start splutter add green chilly, onion.
4. Once the onion becomes golden brown, add water, salt and bring it to boil.
5. Add the roasted rave and mix well.
6. Reduce the flame cook it is simmer till it is done.
7. Serve hot with chutney.
Note:
Keep stirring in between to avoid lumps.
