Mixed Raita

Ingredients:
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1/2 cucumber
1 cup Curd
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
Salt

Preparation:
1. First, chop onion, tomato and cucumber into small pieces and keep it aside.
2. Beat the curd well with egg beater or fork.
3. Add salt, chilly powder, cucumber, onion, tomato and mix well.
4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
5. Serve cold with any type of biryani/pulav.
