1 Cup Wheat Flour
2 tsp Oil
Oil for frying
Water
Salt
Preparation:
1. Mix flour, oil and salt by hand.
2. Knead well by adding water to make stiff dough.
3. Knead it again for 5-7 minutes to make the dough soft.
4. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
5. Make small balls from the dough and roll it out to circular shape.
6. Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry poori’s till puffed & golden in color (cook both sides).
7. Serve hot with Channa masala /Potato masala.
