2 Cups Idli/dosa batter
2-3 Onion, finely Chopped
1 Carrot, grated
Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Oil
Preparation:
1. Mix onion, carrot and coriander leaves together. Keep it aside.
2. Heat a nonstick tawa.
3. Pour a spoon full of batter and spread like a thick dosa.
4. Sprinkle onions mixture on top of the batter.
5. When the base is golden brown, apply little oil and turn other side to cook.
6. Serve hot with coconut chutney/sambar.
