2 Cup Maida (Refined flour)
2 tsp rava
1/2 cup curd
Water
Salt
Oil for frying
Preparation:
1. Mix maida, curd water together to make dough.
2. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. Keep it aside flour 2hours.
3. Knead the dough again and divide the dough into equal parts.
4. Roll the dough in to circular shape.
5. Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry poori’s till puffed & golden in color (cook both sides).
7. Serve hot with Channa masala.
