Ingredients:
250g Baby potato
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tsp Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
½ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp Mustard
1 tsp Urud Dal
2 tsp oil
Few Curry Leaves

Preparation:
1. Cook baby potatoes and remove the skin.
2. Add chilly powder, coriander powder, salt, curry leaves and 1 tsp oil to the baby potato and mix well.
3. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
4. Heat oil in pan; add onion and saute till onion becomes golden brown.
5. Add the potato mixture, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
6. Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
