Ingredients:
1 Cup Curd
½ Cup Boondi
½ tsp Jeera Powder
½ - 1 tsp Chilly powder
A pinch of Garam Masala
Finely chopped coriander leaves (optional)
Salt
Preparation:
1. Beat the curd well with egg beater or fork.
2. Add salt, chilly powder, jeera powder, Garam Masala powder and mix well.
3. Add Boondi and mix gently.
4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Note:
You can use the ready made variety available in the shop or you can also make your own by mixing gram flour, salt chilly powder with a little water. Heat oil & pass the paste through draining spoon. Fry it till it becomes golden & crisp.
